Our teachers are skilled to direct the children in the classroom and are always ready to help and guide. Their purpose is to rouse the child’s interest for learning and to guide it without interfering with the child’s desire to teach him and become free. Each child works through his individual set of activities and learns to really understand according to his own exclusive needs and capabilities.
The training of our teachers is also such that, keeping the center intact, that is, the idea of the emotional, touching and intellectual development of the child, the syllabus can be made pragmatically feasible in our urban and rural communities working within their individual cultural, social, lingual and economic frame. This has been proved in practice. The teachers trained by us are in a position to scientifically guide the growth of each child, either is separation or within a group, by usefully translating their knowledge in harmony with each child’s economic background and psychological needs.
